Responsible Sourcing

At Visual Foods we continue to support initiatives towards sustainable and responsible fisheries and discourage aquaculture practices which damage the environment as well as the communities who live within it.

Our liaison with our supply chain partners in third country fisheries helps to ensure that we comply with local regulations governed by the Food & Agriculture Origination (FAO). We work with a majority of key shrimp producers in Asia who work towards demonstrating commitment to sustainable aquaculture practices and environmental protection standards accredited by the Aquaculture Certification Council.

We are able to keep up to date with all EU Conservation decisions through our links with the FSA, DEFRA and BFFF Technical & Legislative Committee.
